Wallingford Addition + Renovation

Located in the Wallingford neighborhood of Seattle, this is a multi-phase project that focused first on a much-needed kitchen remodel. The second phase includes a third story addition and complete refresh of the 1970’s exterior. The exterior palette will consist of metal-clad wood windows and doors, stained tight knot cedar siding, cement board panel siding, steel plate awnings and an enlarged and more functional deck and entry sequence. The added square footage allows this young family room to grow while staying in a neighborhood that they love.
