Ballard Lift Remodel

Currently under construction, this 1918 house in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle is being lifted and remodeled to make better use of the too-short unfinished basement. The new lower level will include three bedrooms, two full baths and a laundry room while the upper level will be reworked and expanded to create more functional living spaces. A new front porch will provide additional storage and an outdoor living space, while also creating a new look for the now slightly taller home.
