Studio Zerbey is a Seattle-based architecture firm founded by Lauren and Kyle Zerbey.
Lauren received her Bachelor of Architecture from Oklahoma State University, graduating magna cum laude and awarded the AIA gold medal. Before founding Studio Zerbey in 2012, she spent eight years at Johnston Architects working on a variety of projects from remodels and new single-family residences to mixed-use and small public buildings. She is a Licensed Architect, a LEED accredited professional and a Certified Sustainable Building Advisor.
Kyle also received his Bachelor of Architecture from Oklahoma State University, graduating cum laude and awarded the AIA Henry Adams award as the second ranking student in his class. (Yes, Lauren beat him.) After working on custom single-family residences for a combined eight years at Bohlin Cywinski Jackson and Balance Associates, he decided to join his wife at Studio Zerbey. He is a Licensed Architect.
Kyle and Lauren live in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle, where they’re raising their two young daughters and experimenting with modern small-space living concepts in a 1910 home that they are almost (almost!) done remodeling.
